Price Policy

1. Overview

This Pricing Policy explains how pricing, payments, and refunds are handled when using the Reality mobile application and related services (“Services”).

By making a booking or purchase through Reality, you agree to this Pricing Policy in addition to our Terms of Use.

2. Booking Prices

Prices for matches, tournaments, facility rentals, lessons, memberships, or other activities are determined by:

  • The facility or event organizer

  • Reality (for events organized directly by Reality)

Reality does not add service fees to user bookings unless explicitly stated at checkout.

All prices are displayed before payment confirmation.

Once a booking is confirmed and paid, the agreed price will not change for that transaction.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.

Reality does not store full credit card details on its servers.

Accepted payment methods may vary by country and may include:

  • Credit or debit cards

  • Mobile payment solutions

  • Digital wallets

  • In-app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play, where applicable)

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking and the cancellation timing.

A. User-Initiated Cancellations

Refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs within the timeframe specified for the booking or as allowed by the facility or event organizer’s cancellation policy.

If cancellation occurs outside the allowed timeframe, refunds may not be available.

B. Facility or Organizer Cancellations

If a facility or organizer cancels a booking, users may receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule, where available.

C. Reality-Initiated Cancellations

If Reality cancels an event organized directly by Reality, a full refund will be issued.

D. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

5. No-Show Policy

If a user fails to attend a confirmed booking (“no-show”), refunds may not be provided.

Facilities and organizers may enforce their own no-show policies.

6. Subscriptions and Memberships

If the Services include subscription plans:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually).

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund already billed periods unless required by law.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are managed directly through those platforms and are subject to their respective billing policies.

7. Promotional Credits and Discounts

Reality may offer promotional codes, credits, or discounted packages from time to time.

These:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May have expiration dates

  • May be subject to usage limits

Reality reserves the right to revoke credits obtained through abuse or fraudulent activity.

8. Taxes

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for any local taxes that may apply to their transactions.

9. Currency

Transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

Reality is not responsible for exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees charged by financial institutions.

10. Changes to This Pricing Policy

Reality may update this Pricing Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the App or website.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Pricing Policy.
