Reality (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Reality mobile application and related services (the “App” and “Services”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of those Services.

Reality Tunisia Branch operates the Reality web and mobile applications and related services in Tunisia.

For users located outside Tunisia, services are provided by Reality Limited Liability CO.AS, a Washington limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 3427 126th Pl SE, Everett, WA 98208, USA (UBI: 605592585).

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in their jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive or for which the information appears fraudulent.

4. Services and Content

The App enables you to discover, join, schedule, and manage sporting events, facilities, and tournaments organized by Reality or third parties.

Available features and pricing may change; we will always apply the latest terms displayed in the App.

5. Payments and Refunds

Certain functionality requires payment. All purchases are subject to the order summary presented at checkout.

Refunds, if any, are at our discretion and handled according to the purchase flow that was in effect when you completed the transaction.

Payment processing is performed by third-party providers; you agree to their terms when completing a transaction.

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the App only as permitted by these Terms and applicable laws.
• Provide up-to-date and truthful information.
• Not interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to scrape or extract data.
• Respect the rights of other users; harassment, threats, or abusive conduct may result in account suspension.

7. Content Contributions

If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Reality a perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content worldwide in connection with the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, domain names, text, graphics, images, and code within the App are Reality’s or its licensors’ property.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, inactivity, or legal reasons.

You may deactivate your account from within the App; deactivation will not affect obligations incurred before termination.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event will Reality be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

We will notify you of material changes via the App or email and update the effective date listed above.

Continued use of the App after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (USA) without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless otherwise required by law.
